I'm Nathaly Glass, the founder of Numbers & Balance, a bookkeeping business created to support small businesses, entrepreneurs, creators, and busy moms with reliable financial organization and ongoing support.
With over 20 years of experience in both private and public accounting, along with a background in finance, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge while keeping the experience approachable and personal. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, I help clients stay organized, informed, and confident in their numbers through monthly bookkeeping, QuickBooks setup, account cleanups, and ongoing guidance tailored to each business.
After years in the traditional 9 to 5 world, I decided to build a business that aligned with the life I wanted as both a professional and a mother — one centered around flexibility, connection, and meaningful support for other business owners navigating the same balance.
As a bilingual business offering support in both English and Spanish, my goal is to create a welcoming experience where every client feels understood, supported, and cared for every step of the way.
